Handmade Glass Memorial Beads

Pink Gibbs

Hand stamped name on Sterling Bead Caps with Sterling Core

I am so sorry for your loss. I too have walked this road and understand the love you experienced and loss you now feel whether from the loss of a beloved pet or family member. I consider it a great honor to make memorial beads and I hope I have a design that you will like and that will be a touchstone and lasting memorial to your loved one.

Here are some of my beloved pets from the years…

Using a small amount of ash (I ask for two tablespoons and I return most of this), which resemble the swirling clouds in heaven in the design… each glass piece is created with great care, love and respect.  Glass beads and sculptures are made by hand, one at a time, in a live torch flame.  They are then annealed in a kiln for strength and durability.  Once cooled, special design features can be added such as Sterling Bead Caps with that can have a name stamped onto it, or lining your bead with a sterling silver core.  When finished you have a one of a kind Memorial Bead to cherish for a lifetime.

Large Hole Strand

These beads fit onto your large hole charm bracelet. With other meaningful charms you can create an entire story.

I am always working on new designs which may not be represented on the web site yet.  Some current options are:

Sterling Lined Beads for Bracelets ~ Hand Stamped Sterling Capped Beads ~ Freeform Hearts ~ Necklaces ~ Ornaments
Price Range: $55.00 to $150.00*
*new designs may have new prices

My most popular design. Each glass cabochon is laid in a handmade Sterling Bezel Setting. You can have a name or date stamped onto the back too.

Green Heart

This heart can be worn on a chain or hung as an ornament in a window or on a tree or your cars rear window.

What to Expect:

We meet at my local coffee shop, Jitter’s in Eagle River, so you may see the designs I have to offer in person (if this is too far for you to travel we can do this by phone and mail).  If you like what I have to offer we select a color and design and I will need approximately two tablespoons of ashes (I can take the container with me, or you can put the ashes in a baggie at home beforehand).  Payment is due at the time of the order.  Cash or Personal Check are both accepted.

I will set a order finish date at our meeting, I usually ask for two weeks dependent on how many orders I currently have.  If you have a deadline we will discuss that up at our meeting.  You will also have the option for me to mail your memorial piece to you for a small postage fee or we can meet at the coffee shop again for delivery.
